Terms & Conditions — Growth Coach Georgia

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases, bookings, and participation in programmes and services offered by Georgia Latty trading as Growth Coach Georgia ("the Coach"). By completing a purchase or booking, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Trailblazer clients receive a separate programme agreement upon enrolment which governs the specific terms of that container. In the event of any conflict, the Trailblazer agreement takes precedence

1. Services Offered

Growth Coach Georgia offers the following services:

Unfuck Strategy Session — a 75-minute 1:1 intensive coaching session delivered via video call.

Trailblazer — a 3-month 1:1 mentorship programme.

Booked Out AF — a group coaching programme.

Visibility Accelerator — a 4-week self-paced digital programme hosted on Skool, including community access.

The Coach reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any offer at any time. Existing clients will be notified of any material changes.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

2.1 All session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2 The Client is responsible for attending at the scheduled date and time. Missed sessions are not rescheduled, rolled over, or refunded.

2.3 If the Client needs to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours' written notice is required. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is permitted once per booking at the Coach's discretion. Requests made within 48 hours of the session are treated as a cancellation and the session is forfeited.

2.4 The Coach reserves the right to reschedule a session in the event of illness or emergency. In this case, a suitable alternative date will be offered.

3. Payment

3.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed in writing.

3.2 For payment plan arrangements, all instalments are legally due in full regardless of participation level, attendance, or perceived results. Non-payment of any instalment does not pause or cancel the agreement.

3.3 If a payment is missed, the Client must notify the Coach before the due date. A flat late fee of £25 will be applied to balances not received within 7 days of the due date. Access to services may be suspended if payment remains outstanding beyond 14 days.

3.4 The Coach reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances through collections or legal action if required.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances once payment has been made.

4.1 This applies to all offers including the Unfuck Strategy Session, Trailblazer, Booked Out AF, and the Visibility Accelerator.

4.2 Changing your mind, personal circumstances, non-attendance, lack of availability, or dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund, full or partial.

4.3 For digital programmes (Visibility Accelerator), immediate access to proprietary curriculum materials is granted upon enrolment or start date of the programme. The Client acknowledges this and agrees no refund is owed once access has been granted.

4.4 If the Coach is unable to deliver a service in its entirety due to unforeseen circumstances on her end, a partial or pro-rata credit may be offered at the Coach's sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

5.1 By completing a purchase, the Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with their bank or payment provider.

5.2 Any chargeback attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Coach reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Client's access to all services and materials without notice, and to submit full evidence of this agreement and proof of access to the relevant payment processor to dispute the claim.

5.3 The Client may be held liable for any chargeback fees, processing costs, or legal fees incurred as a result.

5.4 All billing concerns should be directed to georgia@growthcoachgeorgia.com before initiating any third-party dispute.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All materials, frameworks, templates, curriculum content, and methodologies shared during any service remain the sole intellectual property of Georgia Latty / Growth Coach Georgia.

6.2 The Client is granted a limited, personal-use licence for the duration of their participation. This does not include the right to share, distribute, teach, resell, or incorporate the Coach's frameworks or materials into their own offers or client work.

6.3 Breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of services without refund, and legal action.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 For group programmes, the Client will be exposed to the business information and strategies of other participants. The Client agrees to keep all such information strictly confidential and not to share, screenshot, or discuss it outside of the programme environment.

7.2 The Coach will keep the Client's personal and business information confidential and will not share identifiable details with third parties without written consent.

8. Results Disclaimer

8.1 The Coach makes no guarantees of specific results. Outcomes depend entirely on the Client's own implementation, commitment, and circumstances.

8.2 Nothing shared during coaching constitutes legal, financial, or medical advice. The Client is responsible for seeking independent professional guidance where required.

9. Client Responsibility

9.1 The Client is fully responsible for their own business decisions, actions, and outcomes.

9.2 Non-participation does not pause payment obligations or extend programme access.

9.3 The Client agrees to maintain respectful communication with the Coach and other programme participants. The Coach reserves the right to terminate services without refund in the event of disruptive, harassing, or damaging behaviour.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
